Terms and Conditions


Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to treatment. Please note arriving late can lead to your appointment being cancelled or a shortened time for your treatment to be completed.  Full payment will still be required if you are late or do not attend an appointment, and any deposit given will be lost.


To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice and 72 hours for Packages is required; otherwise a 50% charge may be implemented. Appointments missed will be charged at full price.


To respect the relaxing environment we wish to create and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are only brought into the front threading area.

If your child is being disruptive we may ask you to resolve, failing that, we may refuse your treatment. Again you will be charged for any treatment you may have booked in with, inline with out cancellation policy.

Please note if you will be having any treatment other than threading not to bring children in as we will not be able to allow them in any treatment rooms due to health and safety.


Deposits may be taken on some treatments, any deposit received is strictly non refundable. If an appointment cannot go ahead due to a salon management issue, at first instance another time will be offered, failing this a refund will be offered.


We accept cash transactions in store. Please note the salon operates a strict no refund policy on all services and products sold (Unless a Product is defective).

6.Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers brought from Beauty Box are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They have no cash value and must be used up in a single transaction. No change will be given if a full value is not used up on the single transaction.

7.Mobile Phones, Smart Phones and Tablets

We ask that all handheld electronics are turned off for the relaxation of all clients.

8.Offers and Prices 

Our prices are subject to change without notice.

All offers are subject to availability, offers can be withdrawn at any time. Certain offers are only booked via appointment at least 24hrs prior to treatment.

9.Multibuy packages

These must be paid up in full before first treatment, occasionally management may agree to a payment plan which must be followed, failure to follow will result in cancellation of any further treatments, any funds paid will also be lost.

If you cannot continue you treatments due to medical grounds, upon delivery of a doctor’s note, we can refund any part of the  package not used. This will be calculated by charging the full price as per our pricelist for any of the treatments you have used on the package, the difference between this total figure and your package price will be returned.

There is a strict 6 month time limit to packages, this can however be extended upon managers discretion, please make us aware if you don’t think you will use  your package up in 6 months.

10.Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

11.Data Security

Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.


Prior to any treatment being completed customers must complete a consultation form with all their details and their medical details. Refusal to fill this form out, will result in refusal for treatment, again the cancellation policy will apply to payment.

Clients will also receive after care forms as well as being verbally told what should and should not be done. Any issues with treatments must be immediately disclosed to the therapist, during the treatment or while on site.

We will not accept liability for issues once the client has left the salon as it can be brought into question whether after care advice was followed.

13.Hair removal treatments

We offer threading and waxing as hair removal treatments. Clients must agree to the waxing disclaimer, which will be shown prior to any waxing treatment as well as on display in all wax rooms.

14.3D Lipo

Prior to any Lipo treatments, clients must fill out a consultation form, as well as agree to the 3d Lipo disclaimer.

We again remind clients of our non-refund policy.

15.Laser Hair Removal

Prior to any Laser treatments, clients must fill out a consultation form, as well as agree to the Laser disclaimer.
